A company is looking for a Lead Director - Software Development Engineering (Network Services).
Key Responsibilities
Provide direction and guidance to technology teams on rebates software products and applications Manage the delivery of IT initiatives, ensuring quality, design, timeliness, and budget adherence Establish and maintain effective communication with business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners
Required Qualifications
10+ years of leadership experience in a matrixed organization with a focus on technical leadership and application development 7+ years of experience leading full-stack engineering teams and executing long-term technology strategies 5+ years of experience with a tech stack including Angular, TypeScript, SpringBoot, Java, and cloud platforms 5+ years of fiscal management experience with capital and operating expense budgets 7+ years of experience partnering across the organization to lead enterprise initiatives
