A company is looking for a Bilingual Implementation Business Consultant to join their Onboarding & Success Services team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in transitioning operational workflows into Applied Epic, including policy management and servicing processes Support clients with configuration decisions related to operational workflows and user adoption within Epic Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure high-quality implementations and successful outcomes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in an insurance agency or brokerage operational role 2+ years working with Applied Epic or similar agency management software Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Bilingual in English and French Strong understanding of insurance agency workflows and service processes
