A company is looking for a Director, Commercial Training.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial training strategy for product launches Lead collaboration with field-facing stakeholders to design and deliver training programs Create training content and curricula, ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Education, or related field; advanced degree preferred 8-10+ years of experience in commercial training or learning & development in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry Experience leading launch training for specialty or complex therapies Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial models and interventional psychiatry products preferred Familiarity with treatment-resistant depression and referral-based care models is a plus
