Assist internal employees and external customers with technical issues Update, manage, and resolve internal tickets within the incident tracking system Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule for critical system incidents

Required Qualifications

Excellent technical skills with PCs Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite High School Diploma or GED Valid US Driver's License
