Key Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, and mentor the founding members of the Enterprise Engineering team Design and own the shared services architecture and establish engineering standards Define the Enterprise Engineering roadmap and ensure quality delivery of shared services
Required Qualifications
12+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in leadership roles Deep expertise in .NET/C# and SQL Server, with knowledge of RESTful API design Hands-on experience with cloud-native services in Microsoft Azure Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline Demonstrated success in hiring and retaining engineering talent in a collaborative environment
