A company is looking for an Associate Director, Promotional Planning & Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve daily promotions and gift-with-purchase strategy to drive long-term performance Design and execute a structured testing roadmap to optimize promotional offers and messaging Serve as the primary liaison to cross-functional marketing teams, ensuring alignment and maximizing performance
Required Qualifications
6-10+ years of experience in pricing, promotions, revenue management, or growth strategy within retail, ecommerce, or CPG Proven experience in end-to-end ownership of promotional or pricing strategy with accountability for revenue and growth outcomes Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, BI tools) Experience in developing promotional strategy and collaborating on messaging and creative concepts Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across various departments
