A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Consultant (Virtual - US).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned to business priorities and organizational goals Partner with senior HR and operation leaders to shape workforce, talent, and organizational strategies Lead talent policy design and governance to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines Experience leading organizational development initiatives, including change management Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms for workforce planning and analytics Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations Proven leadership capability to manage and develop HR teams
