Order Management Specialist

A company is looking for an Order Management Specialist to manage the purchase order lifecycle for hardware products.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end purchase order management across the hardware supplier base and retail channel Translate dollar costs by SKU into purchase orders based on forecast and Master Production Schedule (MPS) Audit and clean up open POs while establishing a process to prevent backlog from recurring
Qualifications & Requirements
3-5 years in order management, procurement operations, or supply chain planning Experience managing purchase orders in an ERP system (Oracle preferred) Strong understanding of the purchase order lifecycle Comfortable working with forecast data and translating demand signals into orders Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
