A company is looking for a Sr. Sponsored Programs Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate administrative and financial functions for the assigned department, overseeing junior staff and complex grant activities Prepare and distribute detailed financial reports for grants, contracts, and clinical trials, ensuring compliance with sponsor and institutional requirements Assist in the preparation and submission of grant-related items and monitor budgets for accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required Minimum 3 years of relevant experience supporting grant management, preferably in a university setting Proficiency with business productivity tools, especially Microsoft Excel Experience with Workday Financial Management is preferred Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines
