Key Responsibilities
Partner with Product Management to create high-impact service offerings based on new AI features Define and evolve delivery roles, leading the formation of specialized teams Establish global standards for consulting on AI ethics and governance
Required Qualifications
10+ years in Professional Services leadership or Digital Transformation Proven track record of implementing AI/Automation at scale Ability to translate product features into successful consulting methodologies Deep understanding of the Generative AI landscape and its application in enterprise software Experience in organizational design and building specialized technical teams
