A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative for part-time remote work.
Key Responsibilities
Provide bilingual (Spanish-English) customer service via phone Assist patients with billing, insurance questions, and account resolution Research and resolve discrepancies or issues with patient accounts
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English Previous experience in customer service, call centers, retail, or hospitality is a plus Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and computer-based systems Ability to multitask (listen, speak, and type simultaneously)
