Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the Quality Assurance and compliance strategy for the Apparel product lifecycle Guide and lead teams to identify and resolve quality and compliance concerns Oversee testing and inspection plans to ensure adherence to defined quality standards
Qualifications
Minimum of 10+ years in Quality Assurance, with 3-5 years in a senior leadership role in the Apparel industry Experience in an online apparel retail environment with diverse product exposure Deep expertise in fabric and textile science and manufacturing processes Proven experience in managing quality control processes in a global environment Expert knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including TQM principles
