Director of FP&A Finance

A company is looking for a Director, FP&A and AI Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the annual budget process and lead monthly forecasts, identifying opportunities and risks Lead AI-driven process transformation in FP&A, developing automated workflows and reporting tools Build and manage a high-performing FP&A team while partnering with business leaders to provide financial insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred 10+ years of progressively responsible FP&A experience, particularly in omnichannel retail Hands-on AI experience applied within finance workflows, with proven business impact Strong command of corporate finance and accounting principles Experience in building and developing high-performing teams with effective workflow management
