Key Responsibilities
Set and lead the overall commercial strategy for large alternative delivery programs Direct and oversee validation of cost proposals, ensuring alignment with program objectives Provide senior level assurance that submissions meet contractual requirements and transparency expectations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Ten years of commercial management experience in construction management and contract administration Knowledge of commercial and contractual processes in large-scale infrastructure projects Experience in managing complex contracts and resolving disputes effectively Demonstrated experience with CMAR, GMP development, and contractor negotiations preferred
