A company is looking for an Associate Vice President of Quality Improvement. Key Responsibilities

Oversees and implements healthcare quality improvement initiatives and education programs Collaborates with senior executives to set and achieve quality goals, ensuring compliance with quality standards Acts as a subject matter expert and manages critical quality improvement functions across the organization

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree or higher in a clinical field, IT, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in health plan quality improvement 4 years of Medicaid/Medicare experience Demonstrated knowledge of HEDIS programs and NCQA Accreditation experience Minimum of 3 years of people management experience
