In support of the Human Capital Team Mission and Vision, the Recruiter recommends, develops, executes, monitors and evaluates recruitment and talent management strategies to ensure Welltower is well positioned to attract and retain top talent. Partnering with hiring managers across the organization, this role is responsible for ensuring that Welltower's open positions and future workforce projections are filled with "the right people" in the most time-efficient and cost-effective manner, while continuously pursuing best practices that will create a sustainable competitive advantage for Welltower. You'll need to be passionate about identifying talent, creating inclusive sourcing strategies, and building strong relationships inside and outside of the organization. Key responsibilities include managing full life cycle recruitment activities, sourcing and identifying talent, communicating with candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, managing applicant tracking system, partnering with Total Rewards team, evaluating the interview process, assisting in developing diversity strategy, leveraging data and metrics, managing third party recruiter and external job board relationships, managing career fair planning, and overseeing the selection of intern candidates. Minimum requirements include 2-4 years of full cycle recruiting experience, demonstrated success in recruiting against key metrics, experience using applicant tracking systems, experience with modern sourcing/recruiting methods, proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Suite, detail-oriented and excellent multi-tasking skills, extensive verbal and written communication, bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, and professional designation or certificate in Human Resources Management a plus.
