Key Responsibilities
Own and scale the post-purchase experience to maximize subscriber lifetime value Redesign the customer journey to improve retention and engagement Drive subscriber revenue growth through cross-sells, upsells, and improved product strategies
Required Qualifications
Experience leading retention or lifecycle strategy in a DTC subscription business with 300K+ subscribers Deep understanding of retention curves, churn drivers, and LTV modeling Experience improving save rates and subscriber tenure Strong experimentation mindset across lifecycle and customer experience Ability to connect customer behavior to business outcomes
