Physical Therapy Assistant
for our outpatient clinic in
San Antonio, Texas . This role fits clinicians who want a steady schedule, a manageable caseload, and a patient‑first environment.
You deliver care under a Physical Therapist plan of care. You focus on outcomes. You work with a supportive, collaborative team.
What You Will Do
Provide physical therapy treatments under a PT plan of care
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
Deliver hands‑on treatments as directed
Educate patients on home exercise programs
Monitor patient progress and report findings to the Physical Therapist
Document treatments to meet clinic and state standards
Communicate with therapists, staff, and patients
What We Are Looking For
Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
Active Texas Physical Therapy Assistant license or eligibility
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
Team‑oriented mindset
Schedule and Caseload
Full‑time or part‑time options
Outpatient setting
12 to 17 patients per day
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $25 to $33 per hour
Pay aligned with experience and role scope
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
