Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in performance-driven content strategy, focusing on paid social Proven experience with DTC brands, preferably in apparel or CPG categories Deep understanding of the paid media landscape, especially Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for creative direction Experience leading creative testing cycles and building insights-driven content plans
