Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via phone, resolving inkjet printer issues Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction Document customer interactions and assist with purchase decisions on the company website
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service or call center experience Knowledge of PC operating systems (Windows and/or MAC) Intermediate to advanced skills in internet navigation and MS Office Reliable high-speed internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
