Bilingual Collections Specialist

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist (Bilingual - English/Spanish).
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound phone and email efforts to collect on past due invoices Perform skip-tracing using internal and external research tools Accurately document all activity and account updates in the CRM
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years collections experience Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent in reading, writing, and speaking) Recent experience with skip tracing tools and techniques Proficient with MS Office 365 suite Ability to work 8:00am to 4:00pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday
