Key Responsibilities
Direct the company's operating plan and forecasting cycles with quantitative analysis Oversee the global FP&A calendar, ensuring integration between monthly close, forecast, and reporting cycles Lead and coordinate complex ad hoc financial requests from executive leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, with at least 5 years in FP&A leadership Mastery in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis tools Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate teams Insurance industry experience is a significant plus
