A company is looking for an Account Servicing Specialist (Collections and Recovery).
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and negotiate repayment solutions Engage with customers through calls to discuss past-due balances and educate them on repayment strategies Utilize CRM systems to track account activity and maintain accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of collections experience, preferably in fintech or lending Experience negotiating repayment arrangements or managing delinquent accounts Strong time management skills and ability to handle high call volumes Experience with CRM or collections management systems Demonstrated initiative and a collaborative team player attitude
