Ticket Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Ticket Operations Specialist to support leaguewide ticketing functions across all teams and markets.
Key Responsibilities
Execute advanced ticketing operations including event builds, inventory management, and ticket offers Maintain and support Ticketmaster platforms and manage internal ticket requests for games and events Collaborate with team ticketing representatives and venue partners to troubleshoot system issues and ensure operational alignment
Required Qualifications
Post-secondary degree or diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ticketmaster ticketing systems Experience in sports, live entertainment, or related ticketing environments Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate complex systems Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel across the United States and Canada as required
