A company is looking for a Senior Processor to manage various loan processing tasks remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Process various loan programs including FHA, VA, Conventional, and others Request, review, and verify loan documents for accuracy before submission to underwriting Maintain communication with customers and loan agents regarding loan status and changes
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience processing mortgage loans Current experience with purchase loans Proficient with Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems Advanced knowledge of federal and state guidelines, including TRID Ability to analyze complex tax returns and calculate borrower income accurately
