Key Responsibilities
Manage property claims from coverage analysis and investigation to resolution and closure Conduct investigations, evaluate damages, and negotiate settlements Serve as the primary contact for insureds, agents, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
3+ years of property claims adjusting experience Solid understanding of property coverage and policy forms Experience with short-term rental, habitational, or specialty commercial property lines is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Accountability mindset with the ability to manage tasks independently
