Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a nationwide accountant partner network Build and maintain non-accountant referral partnerships to drive revenue growth Support partner-sourced and direct sales execution to achieve revenue targets
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or partnerships Proven success in building and managing partner or referral networks Strong understanding of accounting or financial services ecosystems Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
