A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Absence Subject Matter Expert (SME), Complex Implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead detailed absence discovery sessions and document current-state practices and operational challenges Serve as the absence subject matter resource during complex implementations and support system setup Proactively identify potential gaps during implementation and validate compliance alignment with regulations
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in absence management, disability, or leave administration Strong expertise in vendor-based and carrier-based absence administration models Experience managing large, multi-location or national clients (1,000+ lives preferred) Demonstrated ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into structured documentation Bachelor's degree preferred
