A company is looking for a CRM Administrator to manage and optimize their CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the core administrator and subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring system health and data integrity Establish and enforce best practices for data quality and governance, providing coaching to sales users Design and deliver ongoing CRM training and support to enhance user adoption and system utilization
Required Qualifications
Proven experience administering and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Demonstrated success in driving CRM adoption and maintaining data hygiene Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing processes and opportunity management Experience with CRM data governance and quality standards Proven experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
