Key Responsibilities
Develop original short-form video ideas aligned to the channels' editorial focus Write clear, engaging, and scientifically accurate scripts for short-form platforms Collaborate with editors/animators to ensure scripts translate effectively into visual storytelling
Required Qualifications
Proven experience writing high-performing short-form content for social platforms Strong understanding of hook-writing, pacing, and retention strategies Ability to simplify complex topics without losing accuracy or nuance Interest in space, astronomy, Earth science, or climate topics Background in science, journalism, or factual storytelling
