A company is looking for a Casualty Claims Director - Field Services (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee a national field claims organization handling Auto Liability, Homeowners Liability, and General Liability claims Provide technical and operational oversight of complex casualty claims and ensure consistent claim handling practices across jurisdictions Ensure compliance with state-specific regulations and collaborate with Legal on litigation strategy and internal reviews
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Juris Doctor or advanced degree preferred 7+ years of progressive casualty claims experience, including Auto/Home Liability and General Liability Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing large, geographically dispersed field claims teams Strong technical expertise in liability evaluation, complex claims, and litigation management In-depth knowledge of state regulatory environments and compliance requirements
