Key Responsibilities
Own the sourcing strategy for diverse roles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and more Utilize data and market insights to inform sourcing efforts and target candidates effectively Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and improve employer branding initiatives
Required Qualifications
3+ years of sourcing or talent research experience in a fast-growing startup Cross-functional sourcing experience across GTM roles in different regions Active use of AI tools in the sourcing workflow Data-driven mindset utilizing market data and pipeline metrics Proactive nature with strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches
