Key Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize delivery and Click & Collect platform management Own performance reporting and analysis for eCommerce and delivery data Act as the primary contact for franchisee inquiries and support cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital product management, or delivery operations Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or equivalent experience Experience managing third-party delivery platforms and eCommerce systems Proficient in Shopify and WordPress administration Strong analytical mindset with project management skills
