A company is looking for a Regional BioTech Business Development Director (CRO) to support U.S. commercial expansion within a global clinical research organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute strategies to expand the CRO's footprint across the U.S. market, focusing on biotech and pharma organizations Grow and maintain senior level client relationships to support long-term partnerships and multi-program engagements Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction across regional accounts
Required Qualifications
8-15 years of progressive experience in CRO sales or business development Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and the biotech/pharmaceutical landscape Proven ability to manage and coach teams responsible for complex, high-value deals Experience in therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Immunology, and Neurology
