A company is looking for a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties and ensure efficient operations and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the Assistant Property Manager and ensure proper execution of tasks Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors while maintaining communication with residents Oversee property management tasks including leasing processes, maintenance coordination, and legal compliance
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Property Management experience High School Diploma or GED Active Real Estate License in NV, with reciprocity for licenses held in other states Experience using YARDI preferred
