Required Qualifications

3-7+ years of experience in SaaS customer success or account management Direct experience managing SMB and Mid-Market client portfolios Proven ability to build multi-threaded relationships across various stakeholders Demonstrated success in driving product adoption and revenue growth Strong analytical skills to interpret usage data and customer trends
