Key Responsibilities
Manage post-implementation client relationships and ensure product adoption and retention Identify and pursue opportunities for account upgrades and cross-sells through data analysis and relationship mapping Monitor account health and implement proactive recovery plans for at-risk accounts
Required Qualifications
3-7+ years of experience in SaaS customer success or account management Direct experience managing SMB and Mid-Market client portfolios Proven ability to build multi-threaded relationships across various stakeholders Demonstrated success in driving product adoption and revenue growth Strong analytical skills to interpret usage data and customer trends
