Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee sourcing strategies, analyzing market fundamentals and cost drivers Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, ensuring compliance and effective supplier negotiation Foster supplier relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost and quality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field Typically requires 7 years of experience in procurement and materials management At least 3 years of management experience in a centralized purchasing function Knowledge of system-wide purchasing strategies and contract negotiation Experience with large-scale automated systems and data analysis
