A company is looking for a Property Claims Adjuster II to investigate, evaluate, and resolve property claims remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and evaluate complex claims involving dwelling losses, verifying coverage and assessing damages Develop detailed damage estimates using Xactimate and reconcile contractor estimates for accurate claim valuation Negotiate settlements and provide transparent communication to all parties involved in the claims process
Qualifications & Experience
H.S. diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of property claims experience required Proficiency in Xactimate with Level 2 certification (or equivalent experience) Strong knowledge of homeowner policies and claims practices Ability to manage multiple claims in a fast-paced environment and maintain required state adjuster licenses
