Italian Speaking Account Manager

A company is looking for an Account Manager (Italian Language).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the renewal lifecycle for customer maintenance contracts, ensuring high retention and revenue growth Generate new business by identifying opportunities within existing and prospective customers Develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across various solutions while maintaining strong customer relationships
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales, renewals, or account management, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity Fluency in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus Experience with channel partners or indirect sales models is highly desirable Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and closing skills Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred
