This is a player‑coach role for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, start‑up style environment, leads from the front and isn't afraid to dive into details to ensure work gets done well and on‑time.
Position is based in our

What You’ll Do Product Delivery Leadership
Own the product operating model, including roadmap planning, sprint/release cadence, PRD standards, and launch readiness
Partner closely with the Product Strategy team to translate product vision and market direction into clear, prioritized, and deliverable roadmaps
Ensure strategic initiatives are broken down into well‑scoped, owned, and sequenced product work across Product Managers and Engineering teams
Ensure every initiative has a clearly accountable Product Manager, defined success metrics, and a delivery plan
Drive consistency and quality in how work is scoped, built, tested, documented, and released
Team Leadership
Lead a high performing (small) team with a strong emphasis on coaching, accountability and execution.
Set clear expectations around ownership, communication, and pace.
Lead by example through your own direct product ownership.
Direct Product Ownership
Personally own one or more core product areas or major initiatives end to end.
Drive discovery, delivery, launch and iteration.
Lead complex or high‑impact initiatives such as platform capabilities, workflow improvements or enterprise integrations.
Work directly with customers, Sales, and Customer Success to validate problems, test solutions and incorporate feedback quickly.
Cross‑Functional Execution
Act as a day‑to‑day execution partner to Engineering, Design, QA, Sales, and Customer Success.
Resolve prioritization conflicts, manage dependencies, and remove delivery blockers.
Keep teams aligned and moving.
Represent Product in customer, partner, and internal discussions related to delivery and timelines.
What We’re Looking For Experience
8+ years of Product Management experience, with 3+ years managing a team
Demonstrated success in player‑coach roles with meaningful personal product ownership
Strong preference for experience in startups or scaleups, where speed, ambiguity, and hands‑on work are the norm
Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
Experience with AI‑powered, data‑intensive, or workflow‑driven products is a plus
Skills & Attributes
Highly execution‑oriented product leader who is comfortable being deep in the details
Strong people manager with a coaching mindset and clear, constructive feedback style
High work ethic and bias toward action
Comfortable operating with imperfect information and evolving priorities
Clear, confident communicator with engineers, commercial teams, and leadership
Pragmatic decision‑maker who balances customer value, delivery reality, and business impact
Salary: $170,000.00 - $297,200.00
Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), a retirement savings plan, paid time off, and other employee benefits. Specific details will be provided during the interview process.
