Position Overview Taymar Sales U.’s Director of Ticket Sales for Lindenwood University Athletics will lead all ticket revenue initiatives, overseeing strategy, operations, and customer engagement to drive ticket sales across all athletic events.

Responsibilities

Day‑to‑day oversight of ticket sales strategy and execution for all ticketed athletic events.

Plan, create, and execute a comprehensive year‑round ticket sales strategy to grow revenue for Lindenwood Athletics.

Manage day‑to‑day ticket operation tasks and box office functions for all athletic events.

Exceed all ticket‑sales revenue goals set by senior management.

Communicate with the Lindenwood fan base via outbound calls, emails and face‑to‑face meetings.

Initiate and execute ticket‑sales results for group sales, new season tickets and renewal campaigns.

Generate reports and track overall ticketing revenue progress toward goals.

Innovate new initiatives to drive revenue.

Represent the athletics program and university with integrity.

Build superior relationships with fans, donors and departmental constituents.

Work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment to produce accurate results.

Maintain positive working relationships with all internal and external units to ensure a positive event experience for customers.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years experience in a sports ticket sales role.

Proven track record in group ticket sales.

In‑depth knowledge of ticket sales processes and procedures.

Experience in intercollegiate athletics or professional ticket sales with successful results.

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management or a related field.

Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Self‑starter who can work independently.

Availability for varying hours including nights and weekends.

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, integrity, and a desire to learn in a fast‑paced, highly competitive industry.
