About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Global Regulatory Advertising and Promotion to lead the development and execution of the global regulatory strategy for advertising and promotion across its marketed products. This senior leader will be a key member of the extended Regulatory Leadership Team, providing strategic direction and operational oversight for promotional compliance to ensure the alignment with commercial execution. The role involves leading and developing a global team, owning the global material review process, and serving as the primary regulatory interface with relevant authorities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for assessing and mitigating regulatory risk, driving SOP development, and leading process optimization and regulatory training initiatives.
Applicants for the Head of Global Regulatory Advertising and Promotion position at the company should have a BS in a scientific discipline, with an advanced degree or JD preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role focused on regulatory advertising and promotion. Deep expertise in FDA Ad/Promo regulations and engagement with relevant regulatory bodies is essential. Experience in rare disease, hematology, or oncology is also preferred. The role requires strong leadership, influencing, and risk-assessment capabilities, as well as the ability to partner cross-functionally with commercial, medical, legal, and compliance teams to support business objectives.
