This is a key role supporting the day-to-day operations of a 1,540 unit community, perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take the next step.

What You’ll Do

Support daily operations across customer service, leasing, bookkeeping, and collections

Help monitor delinquent accounts and assist with follow-ups and payment tracking

Review lease files and applications to ensure accuracy and compliance

Provide guidance and support to customer service team members

Respond to resident inquiries and help maintain positive resident relations

Assist with reporting (rent rolls, delinquency, etc.) and administrative tasks

Step in to support operations during team absences, including Property Manager backup

What You Bring

2+ years of property management experience (high-volume community preferred)

Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities

Attention to detail with an interest in financial operations (collections/bookkeeping)

Professional communication skills and a team-first mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with OneSite/RealPage is a plus

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Annual salary: $75,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience)
