A company is looking for a Director of Procurement to lead its enterprise Procurement function and collaborate with business leaders on strategic sourcing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across the organization Lead and mentor the Procurement team, providing strategic direction and daily leadership Oversee procurement lifecycle activities, including supplier identification, evaluation, and contract execution
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in procurement and/or supply chain management 5+ years of experience in leading and developing teams Strong understanding of technology and business process outsourcing regulations Experience managing third-party procurement suppliers and sourcing technology solutions Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
