As the Assistant Sales Manager, you'll play a critical role in promoting sales while ensuring that all customers receive high levels of customer service consistent with our Ace helpful brand. This includes training and monitoring the progress of the sales associates and cashiers in establishing and achieving set retail objectives based upon the company standards and policies thereby creating a culture based on service, promotions and sales. An Assistant Sales Manager contributes to the growth and development of the management team and store associates.
Qualifications
2-4 years' retail sales and management experience Point-of-sale background is preferred Strong background in customer service and leadership Hardware background helpful but will train the right candidates Ability to provide leadership and motivation to associates in a fair manner Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal, communication and follow through skills
