Key Responsibilities
Design and implement the Total Rewards strategy and compensation philosophy Develop and oversee equity programs and compensation frameworks to support growth Partner with leadership to integrate compensation strategies during organizational changes
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in global Compensation or Total Rewards leadership roles Experience building a Total Rewards function from the ground up in high-growth companies Proven track record of scaling compensation and equity programs during hypergrowth Strong analytical skills related to compensation planning and financial modeling Experience designing compensation frameworks for AI-native companies
