A company is looking for a Messaging SME.
Key Responsibilities
Provide third level support for SMTP issues and manage internal fax solution appliances Support merger and acquisition activities, ensuring effective collaboration and communication with external support teams Monitor operations status, perform technical analysis, and ensure compliance with technical operating instructions
Required Qualifications
Good knowledge of SMTP mail routing, DNS, MX records, and SPF Experience with PowerShell and scripting is advantageous More than 2 years of experience in a global environment and leadership experience is a plus Experience with Microsoft Compliance Center (Purview) and Azure General understanding of the entire M365 Suite and Microsoft Licensing for Exchange
