A company is looking for a Scientific Project Director to provide strategic, operational, and scientific project management support for various projects.
Key Responsibilities
Plans and implements strategic scientific and financial planning for Breakthrough Discoveries Projects Conducts project analysis, identifies risks, and recommends mitigation strategies Serves as the central coordination point among project teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project alignment
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree required; PhD preferred Six years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, academic, or clinical research, including three years in project management If holding a PhD, four years of experience in relevant settings with one year in project management Experience in guiding large cross-functional research initiatives and budget stewardship preferred Knowledge of basic, translational, and clinical research processes
