A company is looking for a Head of Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program, including policies, procedures, and regular risk assessments Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with applicable laws, including managing regulatory filings and investigations Implement training programs for employees on compliance requirements and assess the effectiveness of compliance initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field 10+ years of experience in compliance roles within the insurance industry Deep knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance frameworks Proven ability to develop and implement compliance programs and policies Professional certifications in compliance or insurance-related fields are a plus
