Key Responsibilities
Own the product vision and roadmap for the healthcare management offering from discovery to launch Understand the needs of managed care organizations (MCOs) and state Medicaid agencies to improve member outcomes Lead product development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and define success metrics related to health outcomes
Required Qualifications
4+ years of product management experience, preferably in health-tech or healthcare services Experience taking a product from concept to a scaled solution Startup experience with a comfort in ambiguity and resource constraints Direct experience in B2B sales motions with MCOs or health plans Strong understanding of the Medicaid managed care landscape and member engagement
